Shipping policy

1. How long will it take for my order to arrive after I place it?

Order cut-off time is 6:00 pm (EST) every day.

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days from one of our regional fulfillment centers. However, orders placed on weekends (Saturday & Sunday) will most likely be processed the following Monday. Please keep this in mind if you choose expedited or overnight shipping.

2. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Due to increased demand, delivery times may now be extended to 7-15 business days. We apologize for any inconvenience and are working hard to process your order as quickly as possible. Thank you for your understanding and patience during this time. If you have any questions about the status of your order, please contact us for prompt assistance.

Arrival Time = Processing Time + Transit Time

3. Shipping Costs

Standard shipping is $6.99 for all orders.

4. Shipping Addresses

Stroman currently only offers shipping for orders within the United States. To ensure fast and safe delivery, please provide a complete and accurate shipping address within the United States when placing your order. Orders without a valid US address will not be processed. 5. Shipping Providers

At Stroman, we work with reputable carriers like UPS to ensure your orders are delivered quickly and safely. Our shipping partners all offer online tracking, making it easy for you to stay up to date on the status of your order.

6. Lost Packages

Please note that we hand over the package to the carrier, but they will deliver it! Not all situations are within our control, and it is your responsibility to track your package and receive it. Any claims for lost packages must be filed within 15 days of the order being delivered.

7. Limitations

We are not responsible for any failed delivery attempts due to the customer’s careless behavior. Carelessness includes, but is not limited to, incorrect information such as order address/contact number/consignee name. In this case, we are unable to refund you. If you find that your order information is incorrect, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and correct information as soon as possible.

8. Order tracking

You will receive a confirmation email or text message with a tracking identification number and a link to track your package. To track your package, you can visit our tracking page. If you are unsure of your ID, please check our delivery confirmation email.
