6. Cancellation of order

  • Cancellation of order before processing: If your cancellation request is submitted within 24 hours and the order has not been processed, you will not be charged any fees.
  • Cancellation of order that has been processed or shipped: If the order has been processed or shipped, your cancellation request will no longer be valid. You will need to wait for the item to be received and then proceed with the return process according to our policy.
