1. How to place an order on Stroman Store?

To place an order, simply follow these steps:

  • Visit our website and browse through our products.
  • Choose the product you like, choose the size and color (if available), then click the “Add to Cart” button.
  • When you are ready to check out, click the shopping cart icon in the upper right corner and select “Checkout”.
  • Fill in your shipping information, choose your payment method and complete your order.

2. What payment methods does Stroman Store offer?

We currently accept two main payment methods:

  • PayPal: A secure and fast payment method, accepted globally.
  • Payoneer: Especially suitable for international transactions.

3. How long does it take to ship?

Due to the high demand for shopping, the current shipping time can be extended from 7-15 business days. It usually takes 1-3 business days for your order to be processed before it is shipped to the carrier. We apologize for any inconvenience and always try to ensure your order arrives on time.

4. Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to check the status of your order online through the carrier’s website.

5. What is Stroman return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving the product, under the following conditions:

The product must be unworn, unused, unwashed, or undamaged.

The product must be returned in its original packaging with the invoice or receipt of purchase.

6. When will I receive my refund?

Once we have received the returned product and inspected the quality, the refund will be processed within 30 business days. The refund will be made to your original payment method (PayPal or Payoneer). If you experience any delays, please check with your bank or contact us for assistance.

7. Can I cancel my order?

You can request to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing your order. After 24 hours, if the order has been processed, we cannot cancel the order. In this case, you can wait to receive the product and go through the return process if you do not want to keep the product.

8. What should I do if the product I received is damaged or defective?

We apologize if your product is damaged or does not match the order. In this case, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product for assistance. Please include a photo of the product and details of the problem you encountered, and we will proceed to exchange the product or refund you.

9. Does Stroman ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within the United States. We hope to expand our services to serve international customers in the future.
